Monday-ran a mile ate salad for lunch grilled chicken for dinner- no pop
Tuesday-watched an Indians game (does that count as exercise?)-had chipotle for dinner (bad)
                  I also had my one weekly mountain dew at staff.
Wednesday-I played basketball for 2.5 hours, had an italian sausage for lunch (bad) and had 
                       salad for dinner-no pop
Thursday- I played tennis for 1.5 hours and had salad for lunch and a chicken deluxe sandwich
                   for dinner.  I had a fruit smoothie and a dq arctic rush...I'm not sure if either of those 
                   are bad for me or not.
I don't know if I've lost any weight but I am definitely staying disciplined. 
If you see me around, don't tempt me with bad things  haha.
